Whom shall I contact for repairing my FERVI product?
Please apply to your dealer, who will contact FERVI’s technical service.
Are there any certified FERVI service centres with service engineers on the site?
For the time being, FERVI products are repaired at the FERVI factory only.
No service is provided on the site.
What is the procedure for activating a service request?
Request for service has to come from the dealer only.
The dealer has to send by e-mail or fax a request for service, together with a copy of the sales invoice or receipt stating the possible warranty, as well as with a description of the nature of the problem.
FERVI will take care to contact the dealer, still by e-mail, in order to define withdrawal of the item.
How long would repair take?
On average, excluding the transport times, repair will be accomplished within a maximum of 5 working days.
Do FERVI sell by retail?
No, FERVI products are sold to the public only by the net of FERVI dealers.

What are the warranty terms on FERVI products destined to professional use (i.e. sold with invoice)?
The warranty on new products for professional use is of 12 months starting from the date of purchase of the product by the end user, namely from the date of invoice.
What are the warranty terms on my FERVI products destined to private use, i.e. bought from a dealer just with a receipt?
The warranty on new products for private use is of 24 months starting from the date of the sales receipt.
